GAMS content is built to be used by AI assistants and agents. Templates, schemas, reference documents, FAQs, and glossaries are all machine-readable, and every collection states its content license so your assistant knows it may use the material.

Every page, template, and reference here is optimised for AI: assistants can fetch complete question banks, schema definitions, and reference documents as clean text, straight from the link. No downloading, no uploading.

For everyday use, connect once and your assistant gets purpose-built tools: browse collections, read templates in full, and pull JSON schemas — no links needed in your prompts.

MCP server

Streamable HTTP · read-only. Works with any assistant or agent that supports the Model Context Protocol. Browsing and reading content needs no sign-in; the search and ask tools prompt you to sign in with your GAMS account the first time you use them.

All plans (Free allows one custom connector). Team/Enterprise: an Owner adds it in Admin settings.

  1. Open Settings → Connectors in claude.ai or the Claude desktop app
  2. Click Add custom connector
  3. Paste the MCP server URL above — leave the OAuth fields blank — and click Add
  4. In a chat, open the tools menu and enable the GAMS connector

For developers and agent builders

  • /api/ai — self-describing JSON index of every AI endpoint
  • /llms.txt — plain-text guide for LLM tools, including the licensing scheme
  • /.well-known/mcp.json — MCP discovery manifest
  • Every collection is also available as JSON (?format=json) or Markdown (?format=markdown) from its page URL

Assistant instructions last verified July 2026 — menu names occasionally change; the MCP server URL is the stable part.
